What’s your opinion?

Security experts in the US have come up with a  full-body scanning technology, which uses x-rays and radio waves to create a three dimentional image of passenger's body underneath his or her clothing- which if in use might have caught "underwear bomber" Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab.
We want to know your opinion:
Fine, look at my body just keep me safe.
My security is way more important. The scanners are as necessary as metal detectors.
The privacy risks are too great.
The machines offer no guarantee for stopping determined terrorists. Also, there's nothing to prevent an image of your naked body from being retained by government employees.
Scan passengers — but be selective. Not every air passenger is equally likely to be a terrorist, and those deemed "higher risk" are the ones who should be made to undergo full-body scans.
Comments anyone?

Well....all the three points raised has its own pros and cons...!!!! I agree that security is necessary but not at the cost of anything and everything ...You can't let go with the basic human rights in the name of security and just for a hand full of terrorists you cannot look up to any damn citizen of this world as an expected terrorist....

This issue is definitely much beyond security ....can't we look up to it as an issue of disrespecting to the millions of people at the cost of some coward ppl (terrorists)....

But yes.....the terrorists are much like us ....the look like us ....they are no different genetically but yes they don't don't have a heart and there mind is trained to be brutal.

Overall....if my verdict is asked for I will rather suggest the use of some other dictators to ensure security....rather then going for this !!!!

Definitely we cannot let go anything and everything in the blind rage of security..:)
